Atlassian Internship - Crafting Delays

While working as an Intern at Atlassian, my main responsibility was to add a new feature to Jira Service Management. Throughout my 2-month internship, I actively participated in an Agile work environment, collaborating with a cross-functional team. To implement the feature effectively, I proposed two different methods : one that followed the Agile methodology and leveraged the existing code base to reduce hand-off time, and another method that aimed to explore innovative opportunities for Jira Service Management in the future.
